Circuit Systems (India) Limited IPO opens for subscription on September 27 and closes on October 5, 2007.
The price is fixed at Rs. 35 per equity share. The Net Issue will constitute 25% of the post-issue paid-up capital of the company.
The company’s shares will be listed in Bombay Stock Exchange (BSE).
Incorporated in 1995, Circuit Systems (India) Limited (CSIL) is in the business of manufacturing Printed Circuit Boards (PCB).

I think there is large scale bungling in the share allotment of Circuit systems
I will definitely sue in the SEBI and consumer court against company if shares
are not fairly alloted to small investors. My coleague has also not allotment of
shares where as we applied for min 400 shares each application.
this is a thief company and squezing blood of small investors.
