Anil Ambani is all set to take on his corporate rivals, announces free bonus shares to Reliance Power investors
After an unexpected poor performance on listing of Reliance Power, Anil Ambani finally decided to come out and take his corporate rivals with all available options he has.
Reliance Power listing badly affected all ADA Group company stocks and Anil’s dream to become richest person of India.
To remain in the race and do not loose investors trust in ADA group, company announce to offer free bonus shares for Reliance Power investors (non promoter). Final decision will be taken in company’s board meeting on Sunday February 24, 2008. The board will also consider few other options to bring the share value up.
This was one of the expected move company took as ADA group has another big IPO in line for Reliance Infratel, a Reliance Communications company, which has already filed its Draft Prospectus with SEBI.
Company also asked market regulator SEBI to investigate on ADA Group shares, fall in last few days and the role of its corporate rivals in this action. This will once again bring Anil and Mukesh on front page of the news papers for next few days.
Reliance Power share is all set to make an upward move on Monday when market is expected to open with a big positive gap.

I really admire Anil Ambani for all this even after the Reliance IPO stock was hammered just because Mukesh Ambani wanted to make the share unsuccessful. I came across a blog http://rilfraud.blogspot.com/2008/02/reliance-industries-ril-mukesh-ambani.html which mentions this. I am glad that ET has also carried an article but not detailed. http://economictimes.indiatimes.com/Market_News/Why_R-Power_lost_17_on_debut/articleshow/2799651.cms
I think Reliance Industries is a big fraudster company.
