IVR Prime IPO Subscription, Allotment and Listing

Date July 28, 2007

IVR Prime IPO ended up receiving lesser than expected subscription. The retail investor category was a total let off in the case of the IVR Prime IPO. The IVR Prime IPO was subscribed by 5.75 times. Retail Investor category got subscribed 1.5 times and the Qualified Institutional Bidder category got subscribed by over 8.6 times. Investors were sceptical about investing in the IVR Prime IPO since the IPO was heavily overpriced, though it was a subsidiary of a well known integrated construction company (IVRCL Infrastructures). Retail investors will get almost full allotment in the IVR Prime IPO. With the real estate sector performing badly, investors should sell off the shares of IVR Prime which they got alloted in the IVR Prime IPO, on the listing date itself. Investors should not be scared to book losses on the listing date, in case IVR Prime lists at a discount to the IPO Issue price. Waiting for the stock price to rise might lead to further losses.

The stock of IVR Prime has gone down and will only continue to go down, given the unprofessional nature of Mr. Sunil Reddy and other promoters. To get the latest information about their mis-deeds, you can look at http://ivrcl.blogspot.com
