Lotus India Asset Management launched a three-year close-end equity fund that would invest in companies engaged in development of infrastructure.
Lotus India Infrastructure Fund opens for subscription on September 25 and closes on October 24.
Investment Objective:
Lotus India Infrastructure Fund seeks to provide long term capital appreciation by investing in a portfolio that is predominantly constituted of equity and equity related instruments of infrastructure companies.
Infrastructure companies mean companies engaged, directly or indirectly, in the infrastructure development and growth of Indian economy.
Investment Pattern:
Equity & Equity Related instruments of companies engaged in infrastructure sector: 65 - 100%
Debt & Money Market Instruments: 0 - 35%
Minimum Application Amount
Purchase price during NFO: Rs.10/- per unit
Minimum Application Amount: Rs. 5,000/- and in multiples of Re. 1/-
Minimum Amount for Redemption: Rs.1000/- or 100 units
