Saamya Biotech (India) Ltd. IPO

Saamya Biotech (India) Limited (SBIL) IPO opens on Spetember 25, 2007 and closes on September 28, 2007.

The price for the issue has been fixed at Rs. 10 per equity share.

The equity shares of the company will be listed on the Bombay Stock Exchange (BSE).

Saamya Biotech (India) Limited is a Hyderabad-based company, formed to carry on the business of manufacturing, buying, selling and dealing in types of chemicals, pharmaceuticals, drugs and intermediates.
